Role Overview :

As an Adobe Campaign Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing consulting advice and technical support throughout the Adobe Campaign implementation lifecycle and beyond. This is a client-facing role that requires you to effectively liaise with clients, thoroughly understand their technical and business requirements related to marketing automation, and then strategically implement the Adobe Campaign solution to maximize its value for their specific needs. Your primary objective will be to drive successful project delivery, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and build long-term, trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage directly with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing strategies, technical infrastructure, data landscape, and specific requirements for implementing Adobe Campaign.

- Design and implement tailored Adobe Campaign solutions based on client requirements, encompassing data integration, campaign workflows, segmentation strategies, personalization logic, delivery configurations, and reporting mechanisms.

- Provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients on best practices for utilizing Adobe Campaign features and functionalities, addressing technical challenges, and optimizing their marketing automation workflows.

- Architect and implement data integration processes between Adobe Campaign and various client systems (e.g., CRM, databases, web analytics platforms) using SQL and potentially scripting languages.

- Design and build complex marketing campaign workflows within Adobe Campaign, incorporating triggers, filters, actions, and personalization elements to automate marketing initiatives.

- Implement personalization strategies and dynamic content within email campaigns and other channels using Adobe Campaign's features and potentially scripting.

- Configure and customize reporting and analytics within Adobe Campaign to provide clients with valuable insights into campaign performance and audience engagement.

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Campaign implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

- Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions and provide knowledge transfer to client teams to enable their self-sufficiency.

- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and tracking, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Adobe Campaign implementations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, functionalities, and best practices within the Adobe Campaign ecosystem and related technologies.

- Depending on experience, potentially lead small teams of consultants or developers on specific client engagements.

- Develop innovative and effective solutions to address unique client challenges and optimize their use of Adobe Campaign.

What You Need to Succeed :

- Proven expertise and significant hands-on experience in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) for data querying, manipulation, and integration.

- Solid programming experience in at least one scripting or programming language (Javascript, Java, VB, C#, PHP, or similar) for customization and integration tasks.

- Knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS is a significant plus for understanding email rendering and web integration aspects.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, articulate technical solutions clearly, and create comprehensive documentation.

- A proactive self-starter who is highly organized, able to manage their own workload effectively, and demonstrates strong initiative.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, languages, and concepts within the Adobe ecosystem and related areas.

- Knowledge of HTML Document Object Model (DOM) manipulation and page load events is a plus for troubleshooting and implementing dynamic content.

- Prior experience or demonstrable skills in project management, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder management, are a plus.

- Ability to develop creative and effective solutions to complex technical and business problems.

- Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic and client-driven environment.

- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also being a strong team player.

- Prior experience leading team members or providing technical guidance to junior colleagues is a plus.
