Position Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. The Duty Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent patient care, and exceptional customer service throughout the hospital during their shift.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

- Coordinate with nursing, administrative, and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care.

- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

- Respond to emergencies, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Supervise and support frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Monitor and maintain hospital security, safety, and cleanliness standards.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

- Prepare and submit shift reports to senior management detailing activities, incidents, and recommendations.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital administration, operations management, or a related role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient care processes, and safety protocols.

- Customer service orientation and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
