Job Overview:

We are seeking an E-Commerce Product Support Analyst to assist our clients based in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers using our e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting issues, optimizing user experiences, and collaborating with the development team to improve product functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support for clients' e-commerce platforms, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product functionality, integration, and performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist clients with platform configuration, usage, and training to maximize their e-commerce operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and product improvements.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends and best practices to recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product support or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
