We are seeking a dynamic Analytics Engineer with a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to join a high-impact, agile data team. You will play a critical role in building next-generation analytics products aimed at driving financial growth and smarter monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement data-driven solutions for financial growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements.

- Design and build robust data pipelines and visualizations.

- Work closely with the Senior Data Engineer for seamless data integration.

Core Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL, Python

- Experience with BI Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques

Domain Knowledge :

- Experience in Analytics with a focus on the Banking or Financial Services sector

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile team environment
