Job Title: Network Consultant (L2)Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, TelanganaExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment type: Full timeNotice Period: Immediate joinerOverviewWe are seeking an experienced L2 Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in routing, switching, wireless troubleshooting, and exposure to Juniper devices. The ideal candidate will work closely with global teams, handle escalations, and ensure seamless network performance across multiple sites.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide L2-level support for Routing & Switching environments.Perform end-to-end wireless troubleshooting (e.g., “Connected to Wi-Fi but no internet”).Work on Juniper devices for configuration, diagnostics, and problem resolution.Map Juniper-based troubleshooting steps to Cisco device methodologies.Handle real-time troubleshooting for international client sites across 450 locations.Interact with global stakeholders and articulate technical issues clearly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain network stability.Participate in root cause analysis and provide resolution documentation.Key Skills & Requirements5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer (L2).Strong expertise in Routing & Switching.Proven experience in wireless troubleshooting (connectivity, authentication, performance issues).Hands-on experience with Juniper devices; Juniper certification is a plus.Ability to correlate Juniper commands/troubleshooting with Cisco equivalents.Excellent communication and client-handling skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-location global environments.
