- Responsible for managing more than 10 remote offices connected to core network through lease lines & RF by Cisco routers switches and Fortinet Firewall.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining of Cisco ASA, Fortinet firewall, McAfee(Web gateway)
- Preparation of outages report.
- Daily MIS report preparation of fault tickets attended & resolved.
- Taking scheduled configuration backups of Fortigate routers & firewalls.
- Policy Making in Cisco ASA, and fortinet firewall, IP blocking. VPN
