We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about taking ideas from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have the vision, creativity, and leadership skills to drive product development and growth, while taking full ownership of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, roadmap planning, and design to development, launch, and continuous iteration.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring products to life.

- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to define product strategies that drive business growth.

- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable product improvements.

- Track and measure product success, iterating based on performance and user insights.

- Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes, innovate, and make impactful decisions.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a focus on delivering results.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a desire to take ownership.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
