We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development, especially in Node.js, and a solid understanding of React.js and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling applications from scratch to production, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take full ownership of their projects.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily using Node.js.- Create and implement robust, scalable systems using MongoDB for database management.- Develop and integrate front-end components with React.js (experience with Vue.js or Ruby on Rails is a bonus).- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features quickly.- Manage the complete development process from ideation to deployment.- Ensure applications are highly performant and optimized for maximum efficiency.- Optional but a plus: Set up, manage, and scale infrastructure using Kubernetes, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.Required Skills :- Strong expertise in Node.js backend development.- Proficient in React.js and MongoDB.- Experience building products from scratch and taking them to production.- Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of system architecture.- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bonus Skills :- Experience with Ruby on Rails and Vue.js.- DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and scaling applications in production environments.If you're a fast executor, passionate about building from the ground up, and eager to take ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you (ref:hirist.tech)
