Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute office communication and engagement:
  • Plans and coordinates moderately complex projects, team events and activities (e.g., presentations, meetings, local and/or special events planning) with limited direction. Supports events, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Meetups and Community Relations.
  • Presenting: speak in front of office employees for engagement & event related activities.
  • Onboarding/Inboarding: assists HRBP and Head of India with onboarding and Inboarding for new hires. New hire support, if needed.
  • Update office via internal chat tools; create and send emails and support large meeting execution. Creating hub newsletters, decks, email, and wiki content.
  • Miscellaneous hub office support as needed.
  • Managing travel logistics, agendas, and activities for travelers to India and to the US.
  • Work in coordination with other Hub Office Managers and Hub Leads, develop cohesive processes and procedures to reduce redundancy and create a shared employee experience.
  • Support the VP, Head of India
  • Managing calendar and meeting agendas, expenses, local and international travel, and other administrative support.


Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or executive support.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience and comfort working with and presenting to executives, business leaders, and coworkers.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with video conferencing platforms (i.e. Teams) and collaboration tools (i.e. Slack, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.)
  • The ideal individual for this role will enjoy managing a variety of functions and projects and be comfortable working with teams from across Best Buy. They should have strong time management skills, be a strong communicator and demonstrate professionalism with colleagues of all levels. This individual should also be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to apply good judgment when making decisions.
