Job Title: Liaison Officer

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Reporting: Chief Project Manager


We are currently looking for an experienced Liaison Officer to join our team in Vijayawada, who can effectively manage communication and coordination with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and local stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between RGBL and various government agencies, especially APRDC (Andhra Pradesh Road Development Corporation), to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Manage documentation, permits, and legal approvals in coordination with regulatory authorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local government bodies and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to project clearances, land acquisition, and government approvals.
  • Handle clerical work related to regulatory processes, and ensure that all documentation is up to date and filed correctly.
  • Represent RGBL in public meetings and forums to ensure the company’s interests are well communicated.
  • Stay updated on relevant local, state, and national policies and regulations.
  • Work primarily at the Vijayawada location but will be required to travel between Vijayawada and Rajahmundry as and when needed.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a liaisoning role, especially with APRDC or similar government agencies, will be highly preferred.
  • Ex-Government Professional will also be highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Telugu (local language) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required. Hindi is an additional advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with administrative and documentation processes involved in obtaining regulatory approvals and permits.
  • Ability to navigate through bureaucratic processes efficiently and with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling issues and obstacles.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory.


Salary:

  • Starting CTC at ₹25,000 per month.
  • Higher salary will be considered based on experience, knowledge, and skills.
