Solution Sales Expert– Night Shift (US/Canada Market)Location:Andheri East, Mumbai Shift:Monday to Friday,6 PM onwards(8-hour shift) Urgent Requirement | Immediate Joiners Preferred Compensation:10 – 12 LPA Fixed and 3 – 4 LPA Variable Experience : 2–5 yearsOur Clientis looking for a highly motivatedOutbound Inside Sales Expertto engage with Small & Medium Business (SMB) clients across the USA and Canada. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the willingness to work night shifts from the office.Key Responsibilities Handle outbound and inbound sales activities for US/Canada SMB clients sourcing from Chinese suppliers Simplified shipping services Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to qualified leads and convert them into paying customers. Exceed new customer acquisition and booking KPIs and targets Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the right logistics and sourcing solutions. Guide them in using the Companies digital platform Manage and report daily pipelines within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of activity and results. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve processes and solutions. Drive lead engagement, relationship-building, and conversions. Communicate value propositions clearly and professionally. Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience.Requirements Fluent English communication —must be confident & articulate. Willingness to work night shift from office(mandatory). Experience withUSA/Canada clientspreferred. SaaS sales experienceis an added advantage (open to other domains). 2–5 yearsof experience in inside sales, selling to North American small businesses or consumer segments, selling value-based solutions. Looking forimmediate joinersor candidates with amaximum 1-month notice period .
