The ideal candidate will craft visually stunning and intuitive designs that prioritize usability and engagement, setting a new benchmark for modern digital applications.This role offers the opportunity to bring your design expertise to a high-impact project, where you will shape the user journey and interface for a platform that users will love and trust.ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)Knows about designing user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for the platform's key features.Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.Optimize the user journey to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for all users.User Interface (UI)Have knowledge on Creating high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs that reflect modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.Ensure consistency across devices with responsive and adaptive designs.Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.Provide detailed design specifications and assets to ensure smooth development handoff.Work with branding teams to maintain visual consistency across all aspects of the platform.Qualifications and SkillsExperience6 months - 1 year of experience in UX/UI design.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces.Technical SkillsProficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Good knowledge in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.Fair understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
