Join us as aVoice Support Specialist&Email Support Specialistworking remotely during US business hours. If you're comfortable taking live calls, solving customer issues in real time, and working night shifts, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Handleinbound and outbound callsto assist customers with queries or concerns Deliverclear, helpful, and courteous communicationon every call Followcall scripts and SOPsfor consistent customer service Accuratelydocument call outcomes and customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or follow-up is required Maintainhigh levels of customer satisfaction, call quality and responsiveness Meet daily targets forcall handling time, quality and resolution ratesRequirements Excellentspoken English and comprehension skills is a must Minimum1-2 years of BPO voice support experience Experience withUS/UK-based clientsis a plus Clear and professionaltelephone etiquette Typing speed of45+ WPMwith accuracy (for call documentation) Ownlaptop/desktop with webcam and Windows 11 Reliableinternet connection (minimum 40 Mbps) Comfortable workingnight shifts (US time zones)Important Notes This is acontractual, remoteposition You must have your own equipment and be fully set up to work from home Candidatesmust meet the typing, tech, and shift requirementsto be considered
