This is a contract position ideal for professionals who are fluent in English, comfortable working night shifts, and capable of delivering high-quality support from home.CompensationVoice Support: ₹165 per hourNon-Voice (Email) Support: ₹140 per hourResponsibilitiesVoice Support SpecialistHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionallyProvide clear, polite, and accurate information to customersTroubleshoot customer issues and document interactionsMaintain high levels of communication quality and customer satisfactionEmail / Non-Voice Support SpecialistRespond to customer emails quickly and accuratelyResolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and update internal systemsMaintain SLAs for response time, accuracy, and ticket closuresRequirementsExcellent English spoken and written communication skillsPrior BPO / Customer Support experience is a strong advantageComfortable working the night shift during US business hoursMust have your own:Laptop with Windows 11 or aboveHigh-speed wired internet connectionQuiet workspace for calls (Voice process)Ability to work independently and meet performance targetsStrong customer orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skillsWhy Work With Us?100% Remote Work – work from anywhere in IndiaGrowth opportunities across multiple support functionsExposure to US-based clients and professional work environments.#Sygnext #Jobs #Remote Jobs #Supportjobs
