Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Legal at Anand Sharma & Associates located in New Delhi. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of legal tasks including legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising clients. The role also involves conducting legal research, representing clients in negotiations, and collaborating with other legal teams and professionals. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Legal IssuesProficient in Legal Document Preparation and Analytical SkillsExcellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleaguesAbility to manage multiple cases and provide strategic legal adviceExperience in handling corporate legal matters is preferredJD or equivalent law degree from a recognized institutionBar license in good standingMinimum of 07 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal department
