Twitter and Reddit Specialist:


Role Overview:


We are seeking a creative and strategic Twitter and Reddit Specialist to manage, grow, and engage our presence on these platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform dynamics, audience behavior, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse communities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our brand presence on Twitter and Reddit.
  • Create and schedule engaging, platform-optimized content, including text, images, polls, and discussions.
  • Actively monitor conversations, trends, and hashtags to join relevant discussions and enhance engagement.
  • Manage Reddit communities, post content, and actively participate in threads to drive visibility and traffic.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and traffic, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align campaigns with broader brand goals.
  • Manage online interactions, address inquiries, and mitigate negative feedback professionally.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience managing professional Twitter and Reddit accounts (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Exceptional writing skills with a knack for crafting platform-specific content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong understanding of Twitter trends, algorithms, and features (e.g., Spaces, lists).
  • Knowledge of Reddit culture, subreddits, and posting etiquette.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.

  • Background in digital marketing or communications.
  • Experience in creating viral campaigns or community engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
