Chandigarh University is Hiring for Professor in Medical Lab Technology

1. Teaching: As a faculty member, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality instruction in MLT to undergraduate and/or graduate students. This includes developing and delivering lectures, leading lab sessions, and providing mentorship to students to help them succeed in their academic pursuits.


2. Curriculum Development: You will also be involved in the design and revision of MLT courses and programs. This includes staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field and integrating them into the curriculum to ensure that students are receiving a current and relevant education.


3. Research: Chandigarh University values a strong research culture, and as a faculty member, you will be expected to contribute to the body of knowledge in MLT through original research and publication in reputable journals. You may also be involved in guiding students in their research projects.


4. Advising and Mentoring: You will be assigned to advise and mentor students in their academic and professional development, providing them with guidance to help them excel in their studies and prepare for their careers in MLT.


5. Service: As a faculty member, you will also be expected to contribute to the university and the broader community through committee work, outreach activities, and professional service.


6. Continuous Professional Development: To stay current in the field of MLT, you will be expected to engage in ongoing professional development activities, which may include attending conferences, workshops, and pursuing further education.

Previous teaching experience and industry experience in MLT are highly desirable.
