This role demands a strong technical foundation in Java, microservices, and distributed systems, combined with proven leadership experience in scaling teams, driving agile delivery, and ensuring architectural excellence.You will collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver next-generation digital transformation products while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and engineering best practices.Key Responsibilities : Leadership :- Drive end-to-end ownership of product development, from requirements to deployment.- Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks.- Ensure adherence to clean code principles, design patterns, and performance optimization practices.- Oversee technical feasibility, risk identification, and system design trade-offs.- Review code and design to maintain high engineering quality & Delivery Management :- Lead and mentor a team of 10 - 12 engineers, ensuring technical growth and career progression.- Establish and enforce Agile/SCRUM practices, sprint planning, and delivery accountability.- Manage multiple releases, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.- Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevSecOps practices.- Define and track KPIs for engineering productivity, quality, and & Solution Development :- Partner with product managers to align technical roadmap with business goals.- Contribute to solution design for n-tier architectures, workflow engines, and enterprise-grade applications.- Incorporate best practices in user experience, usability, and information architecture.- Ensure security compliance, data privacy, and system reliability in all & Stakeholder Management :- Build and nurture a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance engineering culture.- Provide guidance on technical challenges, conflict resolution, and decision-making.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.- Act as a bridge between executive leadership and engineering teams, ensuring transparency.
