Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Citrix & NetScaler Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Citrix infrastructure, performance monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades, policies, and overall maintenance activities. The role involves working on Citrix NetScaler implementations, upgrades, and cloud migration projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, maintain, and optimize Citrix infrastructure, ensuring high performance and availability.

- Implement, upgrade, and support Citrix NetScaler 14.X.

- Conduct performance monitoring, tuning, and automation (scripting) for Citrix environments.

- Define and enforce security and compliance policies aligned with industry best practices.

- Deploy and manage servers using MCS (Machine Creation Services), Non-MCS, and Quick Deploy in VMware/Azure environments.

- Lead Citrix and NetScaler migration projects from on-premise to cloud (Azure or other cloud platforms).

- Support Citrix Workspace, CVAD (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops), and NetScaler upgrade activities.

- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with Windows, Active Directory, and Entra ID.

- Troubleshoot complex Citrix/NetScaler issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix infrastructure and NetScaler.

- Strong experience in Citrix NetScaler 14.X (Implementation & Upgrades).

- Expertise in Citrix migration projects (on-premises to cloud or Citrix to other cloud platforms).

- Practical knowledge of MCS, Quick Deploy, Workspace, CVAD, NetScaler upgrades.

- Strong understanding of performance monitoring, tuning, policies, scripting, and maintenance.

- Familiarity with Azure, Windows / Active Directory, Entra ID Infrastructure (Good to have).

- Proven experience in working on cloud migration projects.
