For more information, you may visit https://dar.com- BIM Modeler : (Concrete) - BIM Modeler : (Steel) - Location : Bangalore / PuneYou can also drop your CV at : adeeb.delvi@dar.comBIM Modeler Concrete :Responsibilities:- Primarily involved in creating 3D Revit structural models and 2D drawings including general arrangements, sections, and reinforcement detailing for concrete and steel structures. - Skilled in Dynamo scripting for automation and efficiency improvements in modeling workflows. - Experienced in estimating modeling hours and supporting proposal efforts. - Collaborates closely with project teams and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design data. - Working-level experience with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam. - Conducts clash detection using Navisworks and other BIM tools, resolving inter-disciplinary conflicts efficiently. - Utilizes Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM software to produce detailed, high-quality 3D models and documentation. - Maintains and develops BIM standards, libraries, and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects. - Generates visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs to support design reviews and client presentations. - Performs thorough quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM execution plans, and industry standards. - Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.BIM Modeler Steel:Responsibilities:- Creating Technical Drawings & Models: - Develop detailed structural drawings and 3D models for steel structures, including anchorage and steel connection detailing, using AutoCAD and Revit. - Collaboration with Engineers & Architects: - Work closely with structural engineers and architects to incorporate design calculations, specifications, and feedback into accurate construction-ready drawings. - Revising & Updating Drawings/Models: - Modify and update designs as per project requirements, ensuring all drawings and models meet the latest design revisions, codes, and standards. - Preparing Construction Documents: - Generate detailed construction documentation, including reports, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and other deliverables extracted directly from Revit models. - Quality Assurance: - Conduct thorough checks and self-reviews to verify drawing accuracy, maintain consistency, and ensure compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.Requirements:- ITI or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent qualification). - Minimum 4 to 17 years of BIM experience working with engineering consultants. - Proven experience in large-scale projects involving complex structural modeling and coordination. - Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Kind Note:- * While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
