Job Summary:The Senior BIM Modeler will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality Revit models and detailed drawings for precast. The role requires advanced technical expertise in BIM workflows, coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to lead and mentor junior modelers to ensure accurate, efficient, and coordinated project deliverables.Key Responsibilities:•Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models for precast and structural elements using Autodesk Revit.•Lead and coordinate with BIM Leads, Structural Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams to ensure full design integration.•Review and validate Revit models and shop drawings prepared by junior modellers and detailers.•Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and QA/QC requirements.•Manage model revisions, updates, and version control throughout all project stages.•Generate shop drawings, layouts, and schedules directly from the BIM model.•Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Revit and Navisworks.•Provide technical support and training to junior BIM team members.•Collaborate with the production, design, and site teams to address constructability and coordination issues.•Support the implementation of BIM automation tools and model optimization workflows and Impact Precast for shop drawing automation.Skills & Competencies:•Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure (mandatory).•Strong understanding of precast detailing, structural systems, and construction methodologies.•Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).•Sound knowledge of BIM standards, LOD definitions, and coordination practices.
