Job Brief

The individual will be a part of Escalon's internal FP&A team and will be instrumental in providing

financial insights to drive strategic decision-making for the company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop in-depth financial plans for the company

- Oversee and manage the creation and development of budgets, forecasting operating plans, and

strategic financial modeling

- Analyze current business trends and bring out operational and financial insight

- Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators

- Proficiency in creating and interpreting financial models and presentations

- Responsible for analyzing large datasets to derive insights and inform decision-making.

- Prepare presentations to the board of directors and senior management Chartered Accountant, bachelor's degree in finance & accounting, MBA from premier institute.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A role.

- Strong skills in developing and managing budgets and forecasting financial performance.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with financial software like NetSuite and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
