Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile principles, and ensuring alignment with enterprise-level Agile practices. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum & Agile Facilitation

  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide teams in Agile best practices and ensure adherence to SAFe/scrum principles.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and prioritization.

Team Coaching & Development

  • Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile values and SAFe/Scrum practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with other teams, System Architects, and Shared Services to manage dependencies.
  • Promote transparency and alignment across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and Lean principles.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
