Key Responsibilities



Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various industries and roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to match qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.


Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and training to improve effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages innovation and best practices.


Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and hiring needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment strategies.


Process Improvement

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.



Key Qualifications


  • Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
