Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned MuleSoft Developer with 8+ years of integration experience, including at least 4 years building APIs and scalable enterprise integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role involves designing RAML-based APIs, integrating legacy and cloud systems, implementing security policies, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. You will work hands-on with API design, DataWeave transformations, connectors (HTTP, SFTP, Salesforce), security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML), and automated testing with MUnit.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop RAML 1.0 APIs and manage them using MuleSoft API Manager including policy application like rate limiting and throttling.

- Build integration flows using MuleSoft connectors such as HTTP, SFTP, and Salesforce, and manage routing, object stores, and connections.

- Perform complex data transformations using DataWeave 2.0 for JSON, XML, CSV formats, including validations and advanced functions.

- Implement security standards, applying OAuth 2.0 and JWT policies, and manage token flows and error handling effectively.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub, supporting build triggers and version control.

- Develop and maintain MUnit test suites covering success and error scenarios with high code coverage.

- Design robust error handling using exception strategies and alert mechanisms like SMTP notifications.

- Integrate databases using MySQL and Oracle connectors, writing parameterized queries and stored procedures.

- Develop messaging integrations with platforms such as Anypoint MQ, RabbitMQ, or SNS, with understanding of queue management and dead letter queues.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years experience in integration development, with 4+ years on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Strong expertise in API design using RAML and API Manager.

- Proficiency with MuleSoft connectors (HTTP, SFTP, Salesforce).

- Advanced skills in DataWeave 2.0 for data transformation.

- Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT security protocols.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub.

- Experience writing MUnit tests with comprehensive coverage.

- Knowledge of error handling strategies and notification mechanisms.

- Database integration experience with MySQL and Oracle.

- Messaging platform experience (Anypoint MQ, RabbitMQ, SNS).

Preferred Skills :

- Basic understanding of SAML and single sign-on (SSO) integration.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, OpenShift).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as ELK Stack or SEQ.

- Exposure to Azure cloud services including Service Bus and Redis.

- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, JMS.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and Bitbucket.
