Requirement for Finance & Accounts Department:
Position : Assistant Manager Accounts
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Inter CA
Experience : CA (2-4 years) / CA Inter (3-5 years)
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Compliance
- Coordinate with departments for timely closure of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure monthly/quarterly and yearly booking of all Invoices, JVs and provisions and its reconciliations. Ensure its completeness and accurate documentation.
- Scrutinize general ledger, books of accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded as per company policy, internal financial controls.
- Initiate process improvements to shorten the financial close cycle.
- Reconcile inter-company balances and ensure timely adjustments.
2. IND AS Compliance
- Prepare IND AS-compliant financial statements and disclosures, including Notes to Accounts and schedules.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors for quarterly/annual audits and resolve related queries.
4. Financial Reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Quarterly/ Annual consolidate parent and subsidiary companies.
- Assist in management reporting, board reporting, and variance analysis.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong and Hands on technical knowledge of INDAS, with reasonable knowledge of Companies Act and other applicable laws like GST, Income Tax.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems specifically Oracle Net Suite/SAP or similar.
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Manufacturing, Infrastructure, FMCG, or Service Industry exposure.
- Experience in multi-entity or multi-location reporting environments is a plus.
