Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for premium apartments. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
