With a strong commitment to purity, sustainability, and community impact, Akshayakalpa continues to pioneer innovations in organic dairy and food systems in India.Role DescriptionThe Legal Executive I (CS) position is designed for a Company Secretary-qualified or nearing-qualification professional who will support corporate governance, compliance monitoring, and statutory documentation across the organization. The candidate will work closely with the in-house legal team and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely adherence to regulatory obligations and corporate secretarial best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in compliance with Companies Act, FEMA and other applicable corporate lawsSupport preparation and filing of statutory returns, forms and disclosures with MCA and other authoritiesMaintain and update secretarial records including statutory registers, minutes, resolutions and noticesCoordinate Board, Committee and General Meetings including drafting of agenda, presentations and minutesProvide support in drafting and reviewing routine agreements, NDAs, and compliance submissionsMonitor regulatory updates and assist in implementing required governance measuresLiaise with internal teams, consultants, and external counsel for compliance-related mattersPreferred Candidate ProfileCS qualified or pursuing final level of Company Secretary course0 to 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial or compliance rolesStrong understanding of corporate governance principlesGood command over legal drafting accuracy and documentationProficiency in MCA portal and secretarial software toolsExcellent communication, organizational and stakeholder coordination skillsValues Fit:You resonate deeply with Akshayakalpa’s values of purity, ethical business, sustainability, and community impact.
