Campaign Experience:Proven ability to translate business goals or brand narratives into genuinely funny, high-performing social content and campaign concepts. Genuine Internet Native:You don't just follow trends; you instigate them or, at the very least, spot them before your competitors do. Meme Theory Expertise:Deep, current, and encyclopedic knowledge of meme formats, their contextual use, and internet etiquette (we need a Content Manager, not a boomer). Writing Chops:Excellent, witty copywriting skills with the ability to convey a complex idea in a three-word caption. Data-Informed Humour:Comfortable using analytics tools to measure why a post went viral and applying those learnings to the next one.
