You'll leverage AI tools and manual creativity to consistently develop content around marketing strategies and lead generation.Responsibilities include:Producing 3–5 high-quality short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and YouTube ShortsGenerating content ideas using AI or manual research: tips, mini tutorials, client stories, and 'how local businesses can get more leads'Scripting, recording, editing, captioning, and publishing videos optimized for engagement and lead generationRepurposing top-performing videos for other channels (Twitter, newsletter snippets)Tracking video performance and iterating for higher reach and engagementRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience creating short-form videos with proven success on Instagram or YouTubeStrong storytelling, editing, and visual design skillsAi-native: able to ideate, script, edit, and optimize content using AI tools for speed and qualityIndependent, creative, and results-drivenPassion for helping small/local businesses grow is a plus
