Strong coding skills in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++) Utilize JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.js, jQuery, Apache Jelly, or React to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with the development and implementation of Service Portal, CSM and ITSM modules Customize and configure the CSM module including Case Management, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, and Communities. Experience in Customer Account Management, Contract ModuleExposure on ServiceNow capabilities such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and applications like SecOps and Asset Management. Ensure solutions adhere to ITIL best practices and internal governance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code. Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Perform system testing and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
