The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.Core competencies, knowledge and experience:ServiceNow Development:Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Service Request).Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Portal development and customization.Proven track record of successful ServiceNow integrations with third-partyMust have technical/professional qualifications: Strong programming skills in JavaScript.Experience working with HTML, XML, System integration (REST/SOAP) CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, and relational databases.Very good understanding of different software design paradigms & security fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOA, Microservices, OWASP Top 10).Understanding of relational databases and SQL.Configuration and Customization:Ability to configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.Experience with ServiceNow UI customization, including UI pages, UI macros, UI policies, and client scripts.Knowledge of ServiceNow's data model and relationships.Analytical and Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ability to analyze system performance and implement performance enhancements.
