Our clients are some of the worlds renowned Fortune 500 companies & MNCs.About the Role:As a Senior/Lead Business Analyst you'll be responsible for the analytical work to drive business strategy across different verticals within the organization. You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Strategy and the leadership team. You will develop skill sets in data analysis, business planning, financial analysis/projections, industry research, benchmarking analysis, and business strategy.Responsibilities:- Analyze data and create insights that enhance decision making across various areas of the business - Understand industry trends and produce quick deliverables for senior leadership - Coordinate and oversee multiple cross-functional projects and strategies that have direct and meaningful impact on the business - Help identify strategic opportunities across the organization, using external and internal insight to help influence strategic direction - Execution of other responsibilities and projects as assignedRequired skills:- Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of business analysis - Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint - Ability to build collaboration, credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels - Attention to detail, able to multi-task and advance activities across concurrent workstreams, with the ability to work towards goals in a fast-paced environment - Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured problems into insights, plans and recommendations - Professional maturity and experience to interact with senior stakeholders - Resourceful self-starter; ability to work autonomously - Ability to coach/mentor team members and effectively lead & manage any initiatives assignedRequirements:- B.Tech./MBA from a Tier 1 institute - 3-7 years of work experience in an Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related role - Exposure in Finance is a plus
