Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesperson to join our team at WinSun Green Pvt. Ltd., a leader in renewable energy solutions. This is a Full-Time, Mid-Level position, based in Pune, with travel to Mumbai as required. The role demands a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our renewable energy footprint across markets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management, gained over a minimum of 4 years.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Mandatory skill) is essential for maintaining and managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Experience in social selling (Mandatory skill) techniques to engage and expand customer networks and enhance rapport with potential clients.
  • Expertise in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to identify and convert potential clients into successful sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, leveraging its tools for efficient sales tracking and client management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to close deals and establish long-term partnerships beneficial to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis to interpret sales patterns, market conditions, and improve strategic decision-making.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and sales results in the renewable energy sector.
  • Skilled in account management to nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to boost company revenue and market presence.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and provision of exceptional service.
