Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Pune. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling life insurance products to both individuals and groups, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include providing detailed information about insurance policies, assessing the needs of clients, handling policy renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular field visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and English
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Previous experience in sales or insurance industry is beneficial
  • Good presentation and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits
