Sr. International Sales Representative - Pharmaceutical
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 10 am to 7 pm IST
Experience : Minimum 3+ years
Targeting Markets: Europe, and Latam
Overview:
Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Sr. International Sales Executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in exporting APIs, intermediates, pellets, and other pharma materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing international trade operations, building client relationships, and driving export growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities for exporting APIs, intermediates, pellets, and other pharmaceutical materials. Create strategic export plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with global clients, pharmaceutical distributors, and stakeholders. Act as the primary contact for export-related inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging global trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas in the pharmaceutical export industry. Use insights to inform export strategies and product offerings.
- Develop and implement effective export strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and enhance market penetration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze export performance metrics, including revenue growth, market share, and client satisfaction. Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry guidelines in all export activities and operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical exports, with a focus on APIs, intermediates, pellets, and related materials.
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and driving revenue growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- In-depth knowledge of global pharmaceutical regulations, export procedures, and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed to meet clients, attend industry conferences, and support business development activities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other export and sales tools.
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment.
