JOB TITLE: PMO - MIS support
DIVISION: GCoE Business Enablement
LOCATION: Bengaluru or Pune
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide comprehensive support to the PMO in managing and maintaining management information systems (MIS) related to project performance.
2. Develop and manage project dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting tools Monday.com for senior management, stakeholders, and project teams.
3. Ensure timely and accurate project status reports, including financials, resource utilization, project timelines, risks, and issues.
4. Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create content that educates and engages clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
5. Monitor and update the project tracking tools and assist with the management of project databases and documentation.
6. Implement standardized processes and tools for project tracking, reporting, and performance measurement to enhance efficiency and transparency and create monthly utilization, profitability and global sanctions screening reports by following our defined step-by-step process.
7. Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices to optimize project management and MIS functions within the GCOE.
8. Support office management by organizing office assets, handling requests from the team, and liaising with external vendors as needed. Develop data models and perform deep-dive analysis to support decision-making processes.
9 Support onboarding of our new hires by managing enablement requests and admin tasks (IT equipment, distribution lists, systems access, license management), scheduling onboarding sessions and maintaining our onboarding materials.
10. Execution of content strategies that support business objectives (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness).
11. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing timely updates and insights to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Monday.com, MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience with data management, process automation, and workflow tools is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and explain complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing support to project managers.

Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, design, sales, and product teams.

Ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner, especially in dynamic project environments.

Skill in identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to enhance project management processes and MIS functions.
Project Management Understanding 4
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid. Basic understanding of project lifecycle management and the importance of project tracking.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Degree: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Certificate(s)/Special Training:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Certification in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related areas is a plus.
Training in specific project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, or equivalent).
Agile or Scrum certification is advantageous for roles involving agile project management methodologies.
Any additional training in data analysis or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) would be beneficial.
Experience (Career Level Guide)
5-7+ years of experience in project management, MIS, or a similar role, with increasing levels of responsibility.
Extensive experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience in process improvement and change management initiatives.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Previous experience in a marketing ops/ agency support or administrative role.
