Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Blitz Academy Pvt Ltd in Ernakulam. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR policy implementation. They will work closely with the leadership team to address HR needs and support the organization's goals and objectives.


Qualifications
