Account Manager the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end sales cycle, drive CXO-level engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact IT Responsibilities:- Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.- Lead strategic conversations with CXO-level stakeholders and design value-driven IT solutions.- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to craft compelling proposals.- Support marketing initiatives by building case studies, creating thought leadership content, and designing/executing/monitoring campaigns.- Manage customer onboarding, represent client meetings as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and coordinate with product teams for successful pilot execution and milestone tracking.- Align and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all & Qualifications:- 3 to 5+ years of strong Account Management experience with a proven track record of closing large-cap, multi-million-dollar deals.- Consultative selling expertise with an aggressive, outcome-focused mindset.- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion skills.- Strong stakeholder management experience (internal and external) and executive presence.
