Youll also play a key role in mentoring developers, improving DevOps practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform- Take ownership of technical delivery and solution quality- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal and external developers- Foster T-shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and performance- Promote a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions- Collaborate with the Product Architect on solution designs for future-proof low-code applications- Work closely with the Product Owner and Product Architect to prioritize development activities- Manage project conflicts and dynamic business requirements in collaboration with PO and PA- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve developer velocity- Enhance DevOps processes including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and reusable components- Support multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment and quality (ref:hirist.tech)
