Position: Talent Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Talent Review Frameworks: Lead and manage the Talent Review process, ensuring the identification and discussion of top and critical talent across the organization.
- Project Management of Talent Reviews: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and smooth execution of Talent Reviews in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Governance of Action Items: Track, follow up, and ensure timely execution of action items emerging from Talent Reviews. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on progress.
- Senior Leadership Interaction: Regularly engage with senior leaders to (i) support their learning and development journey, and (ii) gather feedback to refine talent initiatives.
- Metrics and Dashboard Management: Identify and track key metrics for Talent Management (TM) initiatives. Maintain up-to-date dashboards and governance reports for ongoing TM activities.
- Ad Hoc TM Projects: Lead and manage special Talent Management projects as required, ensuring they align with broader organizational objectives.
- Implementation of Talent Management Programs: Collaborate with stakeholders (participants, managers, and HR teams) to design, execute, and improve TM programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Reporting and Insights: Develop and distribute monthly reports and dashboards that provide insights into the effectiveness of Talent Management initiatives.
- Global Collaboration: Work with cross-functional and virtual teams across different regions to ensure the consistent application of TM strategies and initiatives globally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Succession Planning
- Proven experience in managing talent reviews, succession planning, and related frameworks.
- Ability to interact with senior leaders and effectively communicate Talent Management insights and recommendations.
- Excellent data analysis skills with experience in maintaining metrics and dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within timelines.
- Experience working in a global, virtual, and cross-functional environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location: Chennai, Prince Infocity
