Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Manager at Underrated, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.

Social Media Management:
- Oversee the brand's social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.

SEO & Content Marketing:
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.

Performance Marketing:
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize key metrics, and report on the effectiveness of the campaigns.
- Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Email Marketing & CRM:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Manage CRM to track customer engagement and campaign success.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics across all digital channels.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance and ROI.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
