This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Implementation Executive / consultant at Shivam Medisoft Services. The role involves tasks such as analyzing client needs, providing effective communication, delivering exceptional customer service, implementing software solutions, and providing training to users on the system.


Position: Implementation Executive / Sr. Implementation Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the HIMS software.
  2. Implement rigorous quality assurance and testing processes to ensure the software meets client requirements and industry standards.
  3. Provide guidance and expertise to the implementation team on software configuration and customization.
  4. Perform system testing and validation to confirm that the HIMS software functions correctly.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the implementation process.
  6. Identify resource requirements and allocate tasks to team members.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during the implementation process.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
  9. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  10. Provide ongoing support to clients after the software implementation is complete.
  11. Address any issues, bugs, or enhancements that arise post-implementation.
  12. Continuously gather feedback from clients and make improvements as necessary.
  13. Lead and coordinate cross-functional implementation teams, including software developers, system administrators, and healthcare professionals.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in HIMS software solutions, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  3. Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team coordination.
  5. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
