What role we are offering :


- The Business Growth and Strategy team at Creditas is dedicated to developing and executing strategies that drive company's profitable and sustainable growth.


- This role involves managing engagements with banks and NBFCs, focusing on curating, managing, and monitoring digital customer journeys and campaigns throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

- As we expand our client engagement team, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with banks and engaging at multiple levels both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with banking partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.

- Plan, forecast, measure and report business volumes and customer metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

- Work with stakeholders to ensure continuous development and generate new ideas and opportunities for the accounts they manage.

- Manage resources within the team and other parts of the business to ensure that the biggest opportunities are maximized.

- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Functional Competencies :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to drive data-driven decision making.

- Ability to work as a team player, managing direct, support and cross-functional teams and other relevant stakeholders to grow the business.

Requirements to be successful in this role :

- Passionate about customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.

- 5+ years of relevant experience is required for this role.

- Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze user behaviour, funnel performance and conversion metrics.

- Independent and curious, you set your targets, ask for help when needed and are always looking to learn something new.

- Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills.
