About the Company: Ripik.AI, a well-funded startup in the AI-ML space founded by an IIT-D & IIM-C alumni and ex-Mckinsey Associate partner. Ripik provides digital and AI-ML products in the manufacturing industry helping factories improve their efficiency and productivity. Ripik currently has 5 patent pending products which significantly improve the performance of factories. It is backed by marque VC funds like Accel, Venture Highway, Titan capital amongst others. The founding team comes with an extensive experience at McKinsey, IBM, Google amongst others. We provides digital and AI-ML products in the manufacturing industry helping factories improve their efficiency and productivity.
About the role:
- Business to business (B2B) calling to International clients and generating qualified leads.
- Set up an appointment for meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives.
- Generating new accounts through internet for maximum reach out.
- Profiling the customer base & customer reach.
Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills: Should be able to converse fluently in English.
- Should be well versed with International calling techniques.
- 3 to 6 years of BPO experience of calling European / USA based prospects, out of which 2 yrs should be leading a team.
