Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - 8+ years of AR/Collections experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, AR systems, and controls. - Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, Netsuite and High Radius) and collection tools. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proven track record of reducing past dues and improving collection efficiency. - Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Competency- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills. - Results-driven with accountability for cash collection targets. - Process-oriented with an eye for continuous improvement. - Strong teamwork and collaboration across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Strategy - Collections Management - Operational Excellence - Client Communication - Reporting & Analytics - Compliance & GovernanceKPI’s- Achievement of monthly/quarterly cash collection targets. - Reduction in DSO and past due % of AR. - Timely resolution of disputes and unapplied cash. - Collector productivity and adherence to daily worklists. - Accuracy and timeliness of collection reporting.
