Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

• Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for campaigns, advertisements, websites, blogs, social media, and more
• Develop storytelling frameworks and conceptual ideas that resonate with target audiences

Campaign Ideation & Execution:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns
• Generate ideas for brand launches, promotions, and customer engagement strategies

Brand Voice & Tone:

• Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice across all communication channels
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across campaigns

Research & Insights:

• Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, and industry insights
• Translate complex information into compelling, audience-friendly content

Editing & Proofreading:

• Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Optimize content for SEO and other performance metrics when required

Innovation & Experimentation:

• Push creative boundaries by exploring new formats and writing styles
• Stay updated on trends in digital and traditional media to keep content fresh and relevant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into impactful content
• Experience with SEO writing and knowledge of digital marketing trends is a plus
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
