About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Developer to join our team in Chandigarh. The role requires hands-on expertise in IAM platforms, security protocols, and enterprise-level user access management. You will work directly with US-based stakeholders, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable IAM solutions across applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions across enterprise applications.

- Manage and optimize identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

- Develop custom integrations using Java, Python, or scripting languages for IAM platforms.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.

- Configure and maintain IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar).

- Work with LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD for directory services and identity federation.

- Collaborate with US-based managers and security teams to define policies and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring compliance with security best practices.

- Participate in audits, access certification campaigns, and compliance reporting.

- Mentor junior developers and support cross-functional teams on IAM best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM development and administration.

- Strong expertise in IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.

- Proficiency in Java/Python, REST APIs, and scripting (PowerShell, Shell, or similar).

- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect.

- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.

- Familiarity with security standards & compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure Identity, GCP IAM).

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications.

Education : Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
