Job Title :Accounts Executive (AR & AP)Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Work from office) Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST or 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday–Friday) Experience Required: 4-5 years Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Invoicing, and Credit Posting to join our finance team in Hyderabad. With Excellent communication skills, The role requires working in the US time zone to support our global clients and internal stakeholders in real time.Key Responsibilities - End-to-end management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes - Preparation, verification, and timely issuance of customer invoices - Posting of customer receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments - Vendor invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliation - Bank reconciliations and cash application - Follow-up on overdue invoices and coordination with customers for collections - Maintaining accurate aging reports (AR & AP) - Handling customer/vendors queries via email and calls during US hours - Month-end closing support and balance sheet reconciliations - Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesRequired Skills & Experience - 4+ years of relevant experience in AR, AP, invoicing, and credit posting - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks - Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) – comfortable interacting directly with US clients and stakeholders - High accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work independently during night shiftsPreferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance) - Experience working in the US shift previouslyWhat We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits - Cab facility for night shift (Drop) - Health insurance and other standard benefits - Opportunity to work with global teams and grow in international finance processesIf you have solid AR/AP experience and are comfortable working night shifts from Hyderabad, we’d love to hear from you
