Job Description:
Education Required: Qualified Chartered Accountant with Minimum 1.5 to 3 Yrs of Experience.
Experience Level: An Post Qualification experience of at least 1 to 3 years in Accounts, Financials,Microsoft Office, Audits, and Tally ERP 9

Role/ Responsibilities
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
- Financial control and reconciliation
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, identifying areas of concern and proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or relevant accounting standards.
- Monitor and optimize working capital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.
- Timely tax compliance including but not limited to GST and TDS.
- Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines, Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- A multi skilled individual who is able to adapt to the needs of different situations and take on diverse roles in order to manage day to day operations effectively.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly MIS, Financials For Management and Investors.
